Candle Melting/Damage Policy
We use natural 100% soy wax to make our candles. Because of this we have experienced some melting in the summer when shipping out of state. This is rare but can occur especially during storage at a USPS warehouse during the shipping process.
If this happens to your candle, please take pictures and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will rectify the issue as soon as possible.
If your candle has melted, let the wax solidify and then it will light and perform perfectly. Melting only affects the look of the candle. Using a wet wipe, you can remove the melted wax from the rim of the jar. You may also use a hair dryer to smooth out the top of the candle so it looks brand new.
If your candle jar is damaged in anyway, email us and we send a new one ASAP!
